I have the honor of being a successful builder of a comprehensive medical embodiment that includes medical college, hospital, clinical research centers and now the much-awaited Nursing institution – Enam Nursing College (ENC). With our heads and hearts together we can continually strive to build a better nursing environment where nurses can safely provide the best standard of care for patients.
Enam Nursing College has all the prerequisites and structural strength that would be helpful in earning the name and fame of one of the best nursing colleges of the country. The journey was not an easy one. Here all courses and curricula are being finalized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council, Affiliated by the University of Dhaka. Currently, there are a number of full-time faculties and some part-time faculties of the college. ENC has well-furnished laboratory facilities and digitizes classrooms. It has a rich library. It has state-of-the-art and ICT enabled college campus, closest proximity of the 1000-bed multi-disciplined, tertiary care and referral hospital, an intensely supportive learning environment, career-oriented discipline, and good clinical facilities.
A good number of nurses from various s government, non-government hospitals and CMHs of the country will have completed their Diploma, B.Sc., Post Basic, Midwifery and Rehabilitation Nursing courses in varied slots and batches. Most of them will work in government hospitals as Senior Staff Nurse and / or avail themselves of much higher-pay jobs in hospitals and clinics abroad.

This initiative is dedicated towards women’s empowerment as envisaged in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and the present popular Government’s commitment to bring disadvantaged people under the aegis of better medical care.
